Weddings By Tess

We had a terrible experience at Weddings by Tess. They documented the incorrect tux information on at least 2 separate occasions - which led to the wrong outfit to be ordered 2 days before our wedding. Even at the point in which the mistake was realized (when we were trying on the tuxes), little was done to correct the situation. I, the customer, was the one problem solving. It ended up as unneeded stress on a very important day. We thought that by attending a small, local business we would receive exceptional service - that was not the case. Even after telling the owner about how dissatisfied we were with their service, we did not receive any compensation for the repeated errors they made. Overall, we would NOT recommend this business to anyone else. We were extremely disappointed.
