Its housing includes nearly 70 communities serving more than 6,000 people living in approximately 4,000 apartments and town homes of family, senior and special needs housing. The company is located in nearly 35 municipalities in the upper Midwest. CommonBond partners with hundreds of people and organizations. These collaborations help it provide attention-to-detail acquisition, development and property management services to create affordable rental housing. The company also provides advantage center services to residents that include after-school enrichment for children, employment preparation and placement for working age adults and independent living services for seniors and people with special needs.
