I had terrible experience with their service
When I first moved in their property, my apt didn't have blinds on Windows ,they told that they will fix them next day, although their leasing manager had had told me that they will fix everything before I move in, to keep long story short, they pixed my windows 2 months later, after I confronted them about 5 times about their poor customer service. My oven stopped working,I called to inform them about the issue on Friday, I didn't here about them till Monday (isnt this supposed to be treated as an emergency? )my sink leaks since the first day I moved here, it's been 4 months, I called, talked to the "manager none has done nothing about it ".I'm considering breaking my lease contract with them
