We also do property preservation work. (Please see Services Page) We are licensed, bonded, and insured with over 30 years of experience. 9 jurisdictions: In MO - St. Louis City, St. Louis County, St. Charles, Jefferson, Franklin, Warren, and Lincoln in IL - St. Clair and Madison counties. We work with over 40 law firms in St. Louis and 100 major real estate management & investment companies as well as out-of-state servicing companies, apartment complexes, and landlords.
