Illusion's Color Spa

I always have a pleasant experience with my cut and color very relaxing place I wish the salon chairs were massage chairs like shampoo chairs.

Always love the service and style but a bit pricey. Anyway, it's a very nice salon with nice people.

Danielle did a great job on the practice up do for my son's wedding and then when came on the day of his wedding she did it again. Loved it! She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable both times.

I always feel welcome when I arrive, pampered while I'm there, and refreshed and renewed when I leave.

New salon is beautiful. Staff is always friendly and professional. Top quality service. Stylists are up to date on the latest trends and techniques. The pride in ongoing education is obvious. Well worth the drive from Chesterfield to South County.

Very friendly people and a welcoming environment, however the prices were outrageous. I was pleased with my hair cut and color but I felt like I could get the same service and pay a lower price.

My most recent experience was a massage and it was my first massage at Illusions and the best massage experience that I have had. Love everything about Illusions. Katrina is the best!

I have been trying to grow my hair out for a while but always ended up cutting it off again when I got to a certain point. Stephanie has made the growing out process almost completely painless. My neighbor who is also a client of Stephanie's just refer to her as magic.

when I first went there, I asked them to color my hair to blond, but thet told me it takes many times to get that color(my hair is black) So, they told me they are able just to high light some of it. I said okey.. the result was very ugly: a black hair with orange lines..And I paid $200 for that ugly hair...

(Then)

I called them few days later and told tham taht I was unhappy with the reasult. They told me come back and they will re- do it again """""FOR FREE""""

(But) after I went and they re-do it , the reasult was acceptable (but really does not worth to go there I could do it at home my self).. and when I was on my way out to the door. they said Pay (((($150)))) and one of the manngers was SO Rude when I discussed the price with her...



So, I paid ((($380))) and the reasult was a very normal brown hair...



I HATE That place
