Championship Catering

Food was good at a catered BNI event I attended.

Chef Larry G has catered a buffet lunch for my business networking group every week for a year now - and I'd never dream of using anyone else. He makes fresh food with great ingredients and presentation week after week. We have a crowd of 20-25 members and 5-20 outside guests every week, and I always receive compliments from both on the food. Larry is very creative in crafting meals that the regulars won't tire of but that will appeal to a broad group and is always willing to accommodate special requests and dietary needs. He's shown us some of his amazing "special event" style catering (the omelet bar and mac 'n' cheese bar were group favorites), but he really shines in providing a lunch I'm always looking forward to eating every single Tuesday.

I eat a meal prepared by Larry G every Tuesday, and it's something I always look forward to! The delicious meals have ranged from made to order omelets and pasta to lasagna and a Mexican buffet. We just recently had a wonderful macaroni & cheese bar! Larry G makes great dishes and couples it with a great personality! If I ever need a caterer, there's no question.. I'll be calling Larry G!

I've had the pleasure of working with Larry on a few occasions and have always been impressed by the food and the overall presentation, but his service and attention to detail was the "icing on the cake!" He was eager to work with me on preparing a very nice menu for a project where we were facing very complicated budgets - it was great how flexible he can be with menus and food choices and we've always received great feedback from our event participants on the food and service. I highly recommend him to anyone needing any type of catering. It's well worth your time to at least call him and have a conversation with him to see what he can prepare!
