Was OK when it was American ow...

Was OK when it was American owned, now BK has been bought out by a Brazilian outfit that owns a bunch of other former all American company's. Mgr. &; most of the staff is of foreign descent. Really great when you walk into a restaurant and all you hear is the help speaking in a foreign tongue.. Try ordering a Single Stacker,' WHERE'S THE BEEF '....

WOn't go back - will drive to Kissimmee instead even though it is less than a mile to my house!!!!

We went thru the drive thru on 12-24 at 9:08AM. When we got home we were missing the sandwich from #3 - BIg Omelet. we drove back to the store, went in. Wehad to wait for 2other customers to be served. Then a manager came out of the office and interrupted while she counted out money. I explained to the girl at the register what had happend, she turned to the other manager (neither were wearing name tags) and that manager reached up and went to put that sandwich in a bag for us. My husband said he didn't want that sandwich but a fresh one as that had been sitting there since we came in the door. the cashier said it was good because it hadn't been sitting there very long and they can sit for 20 minutes. Again, he asked for a new one and then they agreed to make another one. by this time the line was out the door. The manager that was working the line stopped and talked to an employee that wanted to pick up their check. Very bad experience and very rude employees. Not happy!
