Urinary Incontinence
Many women can suffer from urinary incontinence for a variety of reasons. Genetics, hormonal changes, and having children can all lead to urinary incontinence in women. Other times, sneezing, laughing, exercise, coughing or other seemingly innocuous things may cause urinary incontinence—this condition is called stress urinary incontinence. Some women may face frequent, or sudden urges to use the restroom and may be unable to make it in time, called urgency incontinence. Whatever the cause, incontinence is an embarrassing condition that can keep you from feeling confident or willing to take part in social situations.
