Best experience ever car had issues shortly after purchase and they have went above and beyond to make it right. Will definitely be a return customer

They have employees that are rude and very unprofessional. They refused to pay to get my car radio fixed

Before going to Missouri Motors, we visited several large dealerships. The salesmen we encountered at other dealerships were very smug and snobby, with an undertone of shady. We asked about an Expedition and each dealer tried to sell us everything except an Expedition. I don’t understand. It’s like the large dealers are playing a game to only sell buyers cars they don’t want.



After an aggravating day full of large dealership games, my wife convinced me to go to Missouri Motors. I have to admit, I was expecting more of the same frustration. But my experience with Missouri Motors was great. We met with Joey and he took us out to test drive a 2008 Ford Expedition. Never once did Joey nor anyone at Missouri Motors give us that uncomfortable, rushed, sour feeling we got at the large dealerships. AJ worked out all the paperwork and even dealt with our difficult insurance agent.



My wife and I are very pleased and grateful with the service. We will be returning to Missouri Motors for our next car.

Found Missouri motors Web Site on Saturday Morning, looking for an inexpensive truck. Submitted an application and about 2 hours later I talked to Dennis, explained what I was looking for and about an hour later I had my Truck. We Started the Paperwork on Saturday finished and Picked up my Truck Monday at Noon. Very easy transaction. I found a few Items that I would have liked fixed, but since it was a "As Is" Sale I figured I was out of luck. Not so, these guys went all out to make me a Happy Buyer. We auto buyers normally look at the Big Dealer lots for cars and steer away from the small local dealer due to substandard cars. Not True here. I will when I look for another Vehicle I will come here. If they don't have it on the lot I will give them the chance to find it. I like the sales department and the owner A.J. Reese really is there to help an make the car buyer happy not there just to make a buck.
