I contracted with this company originally 5 months ago to remove squirrels from our attic and over the course of several weeks the company removed all the animals. When all the animals had been removed the tech recommended to us that we have them close up the opening through which the squirrels had orifinally gained access for an additional fee but that it would be under warranty for a year and if it failed they would replace it and remove the new animals at no cost. 5 Months later the opening repair failed and we have squirrels again. I called the company multiple times and after an unbeliveable week of thier poor customer service and refusal to call me back or honor their warranty I informed them I would have no choice but to file a BBB complaint against them which they responded "go ahead"....I have never in all my life been treated like this, the attitudes and outrageous behavior of the staff combined with their out right refusal to complete the work under the terms of their contracted warranty is unbelievable.



SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND DAMAGE TO YOUR HOME, skip their unproffesional services and sub-par work that results in animals re-gaining access to your home and damaging it. SAVE YOURSELF and go to the BBB Mo website site and look for an accredited business that does not have complaints filed against. As I dsicovered while filing my own complaint this company is not accredited and has had three other complains in the last three years, two for failing to meet Warranties other than my own.
