Bizelli Heating & Air Conditioning

The only reason this company has a 5-star review, I fully believe is because they haven't had one review since 2013. I am not even sure how they are still in business or don't have a law suit against them now. Let me start by saying I called Bizelli because they were the company that had originally installed my AC unit before I had purchased my house, and the AC unit was not blowing cold air. A man shows up to my house completely under the influence of something, to the point I could barely make out what he was telling me was wrong with my AC. He proceeded to fix my AC, telling me it may have needed to be recharged, but we'll see if the problem reoccurs over the next week. If the problem happens again, my AC may need a repair that would cost upwards of $1000+ due to the fact that its because of a part that is not under the warranty. Of course the very next day my AC is no longer blowing cold air. Not trusting this company and not wanting that man inside my house a second time, I called another company to come out and give me a second opinion. Long story short, turns out all we needed was a new air filter, I had not even thought to check this myself. I then called Bizelli back because I was going to complain and speak to the owner about this fraud, only to find out the man that "fixed" my AC that day WAS the owner. I decided to let it go and paid my $100 inspection fee. Needless to say I will never be calling this company again, and due to the lack of reviews online for this company since 2014, I felt obligated to let people know what they are getting into if they hire Bizelli.
