With seven physicians and numerous midlevel practitioners to serve our patients, you can be assured of individualized care. Cannot see an MD for annual appointment, has to be a mid level. Scheduling takes forever, you wait months to get an appointment even when you’re not a new patient. Staff isn’t friendly. You wait over an hour in the waiting room, but they will reschedule you if you’re 5 minutes late for your appointment.

They make you call a nurse hotline rather than speaking to a nurse/MA in that office. Then when the nurse calls you back it is from out of area and didn't know anything about me! The Dr. I see there is not very warm either. The ONLY reason I go here is because of my insurance.

I called to let them know I would be 5 minutes late for my first appointment because of a train. They made me reschedule. For 5 minutes!?!? I had to leave work early for nothing.

Dr. Heilbronn (sp) Nurse is rude. Ive had 2 children already thro that exact doctor and nurse but wasent treated the way I am now. I feel as if she thinks shes the doctor. NOT happy
