These are nice apartments in city center of Saginaw, nice neighborhood, work order staff response is very quick, friendly office staff and excellent maintenance of snow cleaning, leaves picking....

The staff is friendly and helpful. The apartments are well maintained and the grounds are always taken care of. I am a single mom and this is a safe environment for kids. It's located in Saginaw Township so the schools are also great.
