Dickey's Barbecue Pit

I eat at dickeys 3 times a week. They have amazing sides but the customer service from the manager Stephanie is very poor. She always has an attitude and never smiles. After paying for my food she places a bag of food in front of me, I assumed it was mine and walked out. She chased after me and yelled at me saying "that's not even your food!"
If it wasn't my food, why place it in front of me immediately after I make my payment?

After coming back inside and returning the order I patiently waited for my correct order. She threw it on the counter without a bag. I stood there and waited patiently assuming she saw me standing in front of her. She ignored me for too long. She finally looked up she said, "what did u need?" In a very rude manner. I replied saying , "l would like a bag for my to-go order". Clearly irritated she puts a bag on the counter. I expected for her to put my to go order inside of the bag. She didn't. Poor customer service on managements end.
