        Dr. Garcia-Swain was extremely helpful in assisting me with two issues: an IRS situation and a legal dispute. She gave me EXCELLENT advice in a very relaxed manner. I am happy to say that I got my FULL IRS REFUND (in terms of the first-time homebuyer credit) and opted to forgo the landlord situation, as it would have cost me more to get my money back from this out-of-state situation than it was worth. Thank you so much, Dr. Garcia-Swain. You do so much for so many in terms of both your reasonably -priced legal and free medical practice.
