My family went to Waterstones Cafe' and it was awfull.

Service was terrible and food was not much better. We were one of two tables at the time and had to physically get up three times to get the waitress to assist us. We also had two children with us one obviusly needing a high chair and the hostess sat us at a table in a crowded area and put a regular chair at the end of the table for the baby. Totally clueless to customer service. I also have a gift certificate worth $25.00 already paid for and will not use it.

Do not eat at this place. The food will make you sick to your stomach, that's how bad it tastes. I'm getting sick now just thinking about it..



Can't think of anything good to say about this place. The decor is tragic and so is the check you will get after not being able to even curb your appetite because the food is so bad you can't eat it.



The server seemed pretty clueless, like she had never been out to eat before..



Recommend anywhere but this place, unless you're not hungry and want to have lunch with your worst enemy.

Took my family there for dinner, food was mediocre at best. tables are too small for a party of over 4 people, and for a restaurant that is celebrating its grand opening, there was torn fabric in quite a few of the booths!!! Service was pitiful, I had better service in the mess tent in the armed forces. The young lady (Wendy) that waited on us had NO concept of what a server should do!!! She served dinners, in a restaurant that only had 3-4 tables seated and we had to FIND her 4 different times, to refill glasses, provide condiments, clean off dirty dishes and when serving finger foods like ribs, did NOT bring additional napkins or wet ones in order to clean our hands afterwards. Either they make some drastic changes to this service and food, or this restaurant will be an empty building in 6 months. Its a shame that I have a $25 gift certificate for this place and I know I won't go back nor would I feel comfortable GIVING it to anyone.
