Doctor George was very loving and caring. I highly recommend him in every case. The staff is great and really cares about your health.

I go back because ultimately it is faster and cheaper than going to the hospital or waiting weeks to see a doctor for an appointment. There has been a few occasions where they sent me home after doing nothing for me. I continue to go for ear irrigation, which they are excellent at, but it took a bit of convincing to get them to realize I actually do know what's happening in my body.

This place is an absolute Joke. I had a a few immunization shots back in January 2011!!!! Mind you, I have never received a bill up till now when I received a phone call from a debt collector asking for $99.00.

After a phone call to my old insurance company, they stated that no bill for $99.00 was filed back in January 2011. This bill is so far passed its billing window that my insurance will not pay now.

Meanwhile, Birmingham Royal Oak Medical group will not talk with me about getting this resolved. Birmingham Royal Oak Medical Group is telling me that my insurance rejected this bill but they won't give me a date on when the bill was submitted.

I am now stuck with either paying this bill myself, which my Insurance would have payed for if billed on time or let it sit in collections while my great credit score takes a hit.



I will never return nor recommend this to my worst enemy.
