O'Sullivan Moving Company was great. They were very prompt and professional. They had all the necessary equipment needed to move my many boxes. I found out later that a friend of mine had used them as well. Overall, they were great and the price was accurate also. Would definately recomment them to all my friends.

I was given an estimate of $350 and the actual final cost came to $297.
My moving experience was excellent. The men from O'Sullivan Moving and Storage were on time and experts in the field. They cared about what they did and took pride in moving my belongings. They did not chitter chatter. They moved my things quickly and they worked hard. They put furniture together that I did not ask them to.
They were perfect in everyway and if/when I move again, I will call O'Sullivan Moving and Storage Company. From the top of the morning to the setting of the sun, O'Sullivan Moving and Storage will get the job done. I am very pleased with the professionalism of this moving company.

Our family recently used O'Sullivan Moving & Storage the movers were very careless and took there sweet time milking the clock resulting in a outrageous bill. Everytime I went to check on the movers they were busy smoking or horseplaying on the truck. We went with O'Sullivans because the hourly rate was cheaper then the company we have used in the past resulting in our bill being more then double of the previous movers on top of that they broke a mirror that went to a dresser and promised they would replace it, that never happened.
Beware of this company unless you want to be taken advantaged of.

Robert: When I first discovered your review on our company I immediately looked up your relocation, but was unable to locate anything under your name. I would need the date of your move in order to pull your file. I would be more than happy to investiage your claim, but I have never received a phone call from you nor have I ever received a claim form. If a customer is ever not satisfied with their move or should their be damages, we review the job and do the best we can to make sure our customer's are satisfied. I recently hired O'Sullivan Movers for my move in Royal Oak. I was very pessimistic considering I had never hired movers before and this was a pretty good size job, but they showed up on time and were very professional and polite. They started right away and worked diligently and quickly. I couldn't believe how fast they got the job done! These guys deserve some recognition. The cost of the move was very accurate to what the owner had quoted me. I will definately recommend this company to anyone I know who can use your services! This was a great first time moving experience! Thanks guys!
I used this company and they ruined my hardwood floors and gouged my wall, when I confronted them they said it was not them, this was a brand new home.
Worst experience with a moving company ever VERY DISGUSTED a non careing attitude VERY DISRESPECTFUL.

Mr. Sheldon: We believe that this was a fraudulent claim. I apologize that you were not satisfied with our services, but the job was complete and our movers went back to go over paperwork with you and noticed you were moving furniture around yourself, which was the cause of these scratches. When our guys move household goods in a location with hardwood floors they take every precaution to protect the flooring. I am sorry that you feel we were at fault, but in reviewing the claim it has been determined that we are not at fault. Rarely do we have claims, but we understand that everyone cannot be perfect and in the event that we do, we will take full responsibility and do whatever it takes to keep our customers satisfied. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience, but we are a very reputable company and have been operating for nearly 30 years, if what you say is the way we do business then our doors would have been closed quite some time ago. O'Sullivan are currently under investigation for "hostage of household goods" with Michigan Public Service Commision. They give estimates for just placing your belongings onto their truck..... they do NOT tell you about their unload fees once they have your belongings in their care and forget to tell you about the other hidden fees of inventory when it comes time to release your belongings for another inventory fee and unload fee from their facility! We were charged double to load and unload and informed if we did not pay, they would sell off our belongings!!! They were well known for their business practices when calls were made to the Michigan Public Service Commision!!!

I wanted to state that Mrs. Bryant is currently renting lots in our storage facility. I think sometimes people jump the gun before undertanding their bill and they rush to say negative statements about a company before they give anyone a change to explain things and come to a compromise/understanding. At our company we do everything in our power to keep our customers 100% satisfied. It is a top priority. Mrs. Bryant's case is a very good example. She was not understanding how to review our invoices and became frustrated, but after O'Sullivan making several attempts and being very accessible for her to communicate with, we came to an understanding and she is still using our services to date. Please do not let her review sway you away from our services. We have been in business for nearly 28 years and customer satisfaction is a #1 priority. Most of our business is referral based.
