I do not know how Comcast can get away with the lack of Customer Service. I sat at the office for two hours to work out my bill that increased by $45. After all said and done I was able to get it down to the prior amount and was told it would be locked in for two years. Surprise!!! After the 1st year it jumped up again $41. I have been on the phone for 69 minutes to negotiate a new price and all they will do is lower it for one month.

I have to agree with the other comments I've read about Comcast. I cancelled their internet service because the data speed would regularly crash down to a crawl at seemingly random times of the day. Anyway, I went to personally drop off the modem at the Royal Oak office and found the place closed at 9:30am. They don't open until 10am.... a SERVICE center that opens at 10am!!!! Well I figured I'm not waiting around for them to open. I'll put the modem in the drop box and call them later. Oh but guess what? THE LOCAL OFFICE IS TOTALLY UNREACHABLE!! NO PHONE NUMBER, NO EMAIL CONTACT NUMBER!! It is just absurd! What a terrible way to do business! And it wouldn't be such an issue if I had any trust in the company. But my whole experience has been one of deceit. The internet speed was terrible. They tried to charge me for an install when I did the self install. The web site has pop up ads prompting for you to upgrade, but there is no cancel button. No an accident!

As the bookkeeper for a property management business, it's amazing the range of quality of customer service you see from companies you work with. And these guys are right near the bottom. I don't see how a store can exist with no local telephone listing, and the corporate number is a complete waste of time. Heinous.

Horrible service. No local phone number. No ability to talk to some one over the phone at this place. Comcast 800 number is a long menu that doesn't give you to opportunity to just ask a simple question like what are your store hours. Website store hours are actually wrong. Horrible company in general with horrible service and products
