Best Cleaners

Ugh! Why didn't I read the reviews here!!! Brought a sweater with a little stein-picked up and had additional stein, asked woman at front to try to at least remove new stain, started in in me about how everyone blames the dry cleaners...I insisted they remove it. Was told to come back Saturday. Instead I returned Monday-they hasn't even bothered to remove-it was hanging in same place! Made me wait 15 min while they steamed it out-and she told me to find another cleaners! No worries, honey, I will never, ever return. How this place stays in business is beyond me.....oh yes SO RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had the worst service here!!! I will never go back. I brought them my white dress that had one makeup stain. They said it would be done Monday morning it wasn't! Then before I left out of town I came to pick up my dress and when I seen my dress I almost cried! They ruined it completely. There was more stains on it and the color was disgusting. When I brought back the lady claimed that it's how I brought it to them I even went out and bought the same exact dress to show them!! She lied to my face!!! I'm furious im going to see if I can take this further and warn everyone! Their very unprofessional here.

Extremely poor customer service. They did not have my items ready on time and were not honest about whether they were able to clean them. I have used hem several times also for alterations and found their work to be low quality as well. They also detached and lost a purse strap and claimed that I never gave it to them. Owners do not have a concept of customer service that is expected of this community. Very substandard and unprofessional operation. I would have given them 0 stars if possible.

Worst experience! I recommend you do not go to this location for any kind of tailoring. They will increase the price after giving you one quote and will not do the job they agreed too. When I informed the seamstress that she did not do what SHE suggested and charged extra for she responded by saying "sometimes after you start working you have to change things." WORST EXPIERNCE! DEFINITELY WILL NOT GO BACK
