American Barbecue

This small, quaint, family run bbq restaurant is a winner!!!! It's genuine wood smoked and it's great. The atmosphere is so authentic, not commercial like. It's family friendly, with free popcorn and free peanuts. The pulled pork and brisket are to die for. It's moist and not fatty or tough like brisket can be. The ribs are delicious too. They have all sorts of sides to go with it. I loved the southern greens which have bacon and sausages in them. They have mac n cheese, swt. potatoes, baked beans, cole slaw and alot more. They have other main courses like burgers, tenderloin & turkey tips, salmon ect... if you don't feel like bbq. The whole experience is worth a trip so check it out. Oh they're closed on Mondays. I heard they do a good job at catering too. Phantom Gourmet gave them a Gourmet Greatness rating.
