Bravo Travel

1. Clients had to wait 3 hours before Bravo started the trip to Grand Canyon on July 23, 2008.

2. Bravo forgot to pick up two clients then made moore than 50 people wait and ignored the objections of the clients and did not admitted that it is the mistake of Bravo.

3. Bravo charged $50 to pick up two clients then increased to $80 then made the two clients wait four hours in Costa Mesa since the two clients came from China.

4. Bravo could handle the transfer of clients to different buses earlier but the tour guide Sino chose not to. July 25, 2008 at 3:00 pm, the clients were running around under the heat to look for the right bus back to LA. When clients said it could do earlier and just put the signs in different buses, Sino told clients shut up and go to hell.

5. Clients called Bravo and nobody return the call.

6. Clients complainted to BBB, Bravo did not say anything about forgot to pick up clients and verbally insult clients. Bravo only offer one client one way trip to Las Vegas.
