The staff was kind and very fast to get tests done and took excellent care of us.

I AM GIVING THIS ONE STAR BECAUSE I CANNOT GIVE IT LESS! My dad was seen in the emergency room 1 time just after Thanksgiving. He was diagnosed with chronic dementia. How can it be chronic if they have never seen him before? They did a CT Scan but won't tell me what it was on. My dad was misdiagnosed. Unknown to all of us, he had stage 4 pancreatic cancer and died in a great deal of pain 2 months later. I tried to get medical records and they won't release them to me because of hippa rules. I am sure he would have put me down as his ONLY next of kin, but I can get no information. When I tried the records clerk hung up on me. I hope no-one out there needs life saving care and is stuck with this place as their only place to go!

on call doctor to see if its something that needs treated or just something that will pass.

I received treatment at this hospital last year and my experience was deplorable. The doctor gave me terrible news about my condition in a nonchalant and uncaring manner. In radiology they had me walking around when I should have been immobilized. Thankfully, I was transferred to another hospital where I received excellent care and appropriate treatment. I would recommend avoiding this hospital at all costs. I am lucky they didn't cause more damage...

In addition, they use an outside billing company called BTS Group and they can't seem to figure out how to process claims. They billed my insurance company multiple times for the same claim even after it was paid. They then tried to bill me for the amount for which they had already received payment. Words can't begin to describe how frustrating this has all been, which is the last thing a person needs when they have a serious medical issue. .
