For marine applications and industrial use, ESI sells and services a 17-state territory along the East Coast of the United States and the Caribbean. ESI is the Worldwide EMD Distributor to the nuclear industry. ESI, a branch of Kirby Engine Systems, has strategically located sister companies providing customers with a nationwide source of repair and service of EMD Diesel Engines. The diesel engines are in varied applications such as inland and offshore towing, offshore well service, international fishing fleets, power generation and nuclear power plants. Additionally, ESI is the worldwide nuclear distributor for Cooper Bessemer and Enterprise product lines of Cooper Energy Services, the authorized nuclear market distributor for Ingersoll-Rand engine starting systems and the worldwide nuclear distributor for Woodward Governor Industrial Controls.
