This company was very thorough in wrapping and taping boxes. The furniture was well-protected Their contract language was misleading regarding the minimum plus the travel time. I strongly suggested that they change the language to simply say that travel time will be added to all work time. Because of the confusion, they agreed to refund some of the amount in dispute. As of this writing 12/13 I have not received the refund, however.

I have used In and Out Movers several times to help me move. They arrive on time, and they load and unload my belongings efficiently and carefully. They give upfront pricing with no surprise costs. I have only used them locally so far, but if I ever need to move long distance, I will trust them to help me make the move.
