Dr. Jeffrey Greenberg, MD

I actually liked Dr Greenberg a lot at first. We took my newborn son to him on a recommendation from a few friends. We couldn't have been more wrong. His office staff is horrible. The nurses there have NO compassion. They stuck my 2-week old in his heel for blood, then wouldn't let me feed him in the office because the office staff was going to lunch. REALLY? You won't let me feed my 2-week old son directly after an injection to calm him down because you want to eat lunch?



We also had problems with my son with reflux, colic, and milk protein allergy. It was very difficult to get one of the doctors to call us back. When we did receive a call back, Dr Greenberg's partner, Dr Coleman, seemed completely disinterested in helping my son.



On our 3rd visit to our office, they gave us a 2-page paper listing all of the fees the office charges for being a patient there- fees that aren't covered by insurance. They charge each family $75/year to cover all the forms they would have to fill out on your child's behalf. ?? Excuse me? My child is 2-weeks old, not in daycare, not in sports, and not in school. This is in addition to venipuncture, phone advise, etc. Horrible. We refused to pay, and now have a wonderful pediatrician who is the exact opposite of this office. My son is almost 2-years old, and thinking about this office still makes me mad. Don't make the mistake of going here.
