Dan Willard and Madelon Willard is a husband and wife team with over 40 years of combined legal experience. They are two attorneys working for the law firm of Daniel S. Willard, P.C. The firm is a "professional corporation" incorporated in April 1991 in Maryland. The firm practices business, construction and corporate law and litigation in the state and federal courts of Maryland and D.C. We fight hard and we fight to win. However, we don't violate the legal or ethical rules, so please don't ask. The firm has the highest available attorney "peer rating" through Martindale-Hubbel, a national law firm advertising publisher. The two part rating is "A-V", The first rating is an "A" (ratings drop through C) on the quality of our legal work and "V" is the highest ethics rating. See the web site for more.
