College Manor Apartments

This place is a disaster! The manager bullies the residents, she shares their personal business with other residents, and she's extremely trashy.

The property manager is awful! She has made it a habit to intimidate, harass, and lie to the residents. She is always putting herself first before the residents. She breaks the housing laws as well as the property rules. If she doesn't like you she will do whatever it takes to have you evicted, including lying and sabotage. She is very unprofessional, the way she speaks to the residents is trashy and uncalled. Most of the residents are to scared to stand up for themselves, and that's why she has gotta away with so much. College Manor would be a great place to live if the property manager wasn't running it. We're close to schools, shopping, and community activities. The neighborhood is quite and safe.
