It should be all about customer service. Number 1 when I call a company I am basically calling you for an interview to see if you qualify to complete a job. Please pick up and say your company name. If you are too busy to pick up don't pick up and make me feel like you are rushing me off the phone by not letting me complete a sentence before answering my question. It's just rude. I will never call this company again for a job.
