Owner utilizes social media to call for taking away constitutional rights of veterans if they don’t support his preferred politician. Very unstable owner so business is not safe to trust

In response to the negative review.
1. Tom's employee inspected the truck, made an offer, and we wrote the deal up.
2. Tom called and backed out of the deal, saying his employee had no authority to make any deals.
3. The next morning a local dealer bought the same truck.
4. Tom promised to write negative reviews everywhere, claiming I sold his forklift out from under him.
5. We told Tom and his employee the same thing we tell everyone, that most of our customers are dealers, forklifts don't last long here, and we can not hold forklifts for anyone.
6. We offer a 90 day full parts and labor warranty on our used forklifts, and a 6 months full + 6 months parts warranty on our reconditioned forklifts.

At the end of the day, no money changed hands and Tom canceled the deal. We offer late model lease return forklifts and prices that are 25-50% less than the dealers, with free delivery and a full warranty. We do not offer many of the services the dealers do, but all in all we do a very good job supplying late model, reliable forklifts to small businesses in Michigan.

Allowed us to use the forklift for a few days before we finalized. Was exactly what we needed to replace our old money pit of a truck. Didn't break the bank. Was exactly what our small business could afford. Had one issue with the truck a few weeks after final purchase. Owner showed up with his mechanic to address and fix the problem. Turned out the problem was something OUR operator was doing wrong. Really impressive. Glad to deal with another Michigan small business. Highly recommend.

BEWARE!!!! This is a BAIT and SWITCH. We made a deal to buy a specific used forklift after it was inspected. Delivery was scheduled. Then he sold that unit to someone else, and said he would sell us a different unit. Owner offers a warranty but fails to provide any paperwork to support. MANY COMPLAINTS ONLINE... BEWARE!!!
