        Overall

        Had a 9am appt set for this morning & no one ever showed. I called the office @ 11:15a to find out why no one has come to my house & he was rude. He advised me somebody was supposed to be there. I told him I am aware of that & I am calling to find out where they were at. Rather than apologizing he told me I can call someone else if I want too... so thats what I am doing.
