        During icy-rainy winter weather, these were the only guys who stayed on the job and did it right. (Father and Son.)

        I tried three different services before. All the others made excuses and told me it couldn't be fixed, or that I had to dig up the entire yard to repair the pipe.

        Only GOLDEN RULE "did unto others" the right way. That stalwart young man stood outside with his machine in that horrible weather until the pipe was clear and the basement drained. Saved me thousands!

        Now, they are always my first call for preventative maintenance and repairs. Reasonably priced too! They did not charge extra for the weather. Honest, hard-working and reliable. Good family values and a great business model. A+++

        Absolutely the BEST!! I live in a neighborhood where the tree roots grow in to the line. I was using another company and calling at least every 6 months. I saw a Golden Rule truck and decided to call them the next time I needed help. They came, did a thorough job and I didn't need them for another year. They are prompt, and do a great job!
