        Overall

        First, it is most assuredly NOT CLOSED. It is in every sense of the word OPEN! Second, the new owner, Jim L., is working very diligently to serve the first owner's customers to the same level or even better which is no easy task! Jim is also looking to expand with new customers by earning their business; he knows that price alone doesn't lead to long term relationships. It's all about service and delivering on commitments. They pack. They ship. I like them. You will as well.
