Kids Bounce 4 Fun

We used Kidsbounce4fun for a large event. This company was very professional, they went out of there way to make sure everything went smoothly. All there inflatables were clean and new looking. They are the only company I will be using in the future

I hope that the consumers research this company's background before even calling to get any information on their products. It may have only been $50.00 but that is not what I'm so upset about its the trust and respect that this company lacks, if it wasn't for us you wouldn't have a company . If your looking for cheap prices this is what you get " you get what you pay for !!!! " I rather pay more and have a guarantee and be satisfied. I have rented from numerous different rental companies and most of them don't even ask for a deposit and still delivered what I expected.

First off I was stupid not to read all of these horrible reviews first and it's funny that one of the "good" reviews is from the owner. The rest of the "good" reviews are probably his friends and family. We ordered a bounce house which collapsed twice and the second time wouldn't go back up. Both times there were children inside and could have injured them. The driver returned 40 minutes prior to party ending to switch out the blower. The company blamed it on the park. Owner asked me to call him. The first week my call was never returned. Second week call never returned. Finally after a third call I was able to speak to the owner who took no responsibility. I didn't ask for a full refund but a partial one since I paid $220 and got 40 minutes use. He was extremely rude and fought with me on every issue. He needs to take up his issues with the park. He suggested a generator only after the incident. Poor customer service. To make matters worse his offer was $20 refund. I was insulted. Don't use their products they are unsafe and could seriously harm your children.
