Caribbean Pool Service and Repairs

After Caribbean Pool Service and Repairs replaced two pool drain covers the pool started leaking. Caribbean referred Rhino Leak detection to find out where the leak is and two of their pool technician at different times said the pool technician from Caribbean Pool Service put the screws in to deep and punctured the pipes. Caribbean refused to pay for the damage and Rhino leak detection called me and said it must be a miss communication that their "Partner Caribbean "was not at fault(after they showed me the damage).Caribbean not only refuses to pay for the damage but after telling me they won't charge for the salt to be added back in, I get a bill plus had to pay their Partner Rhino close to 4,000.00 to fix my pool! Wow What a way to make money!
