Winn Dixie

We ordered a birthday cake from this store and when we went to pick-it up the name was spelled wrong. We had to wait for her to fix it, and it did not look good at all. But worse, the cake tasted like cardboard. Never again.

This place is so dirty I hated walking in there. They should at least sweep the floor if not mop. I got the shirvers just thinking of buying something from this store. And the customer service is non-existant. I asked someone where the ladies room was (which I decided not to use after walking inside) and they just pointed. So then I asked again where and she said "I pointed over there so just go there". How rude.



I decided to buy a lottery ticket, no one was in line, I stood there for a few minutes and then decided to see how long it would take. After five minutes I asked a clerk who was standing near the customer service desk if anyone was working the desk and he said he was. So I told him I wanted a lottery ticket and he pointed to a machine that sells scratch offs and said they were there. I said I wanted a ticket not a scratch off and he said he would be with me in a minute. He was just standing there reading a magazine. I then ask to speak to a manager and he said he was the manager. I just left.
