Rhodes Pizza & Restaurant

I have never had an issue. Good quality food. There is no flare to the service. Friendly enough, you are in and out of there if you have a pick up. Delivery drivers are nice. Dome tv's if you are dining in.

I used to order from Rhodes about once a week. The food is good, WHEN they get it right. They had screwed up my order several times so I decided it was time to speak with a manger as I order the same thing every time and they can never get it right. I spoke with Andre, the manager and he said he could fix it and bring me a new order. It was late, and I really did not want to wait 40 more minutes to eat, so I told him not to worry, and that it would be nice if he could do something for me the next time I ordered. He told me that the next time I ordered, it would be on him. I called a week later to order and and mentioned that he said that. He told me that he would give me $6 off and that he never said the order was free. I am incredibly upset by this, as he basically told me I was lying and continued to argue about it. I will NEVER order from there again, and would not recommend anyone else go there because of their incredibly sub par customer service and the fact that they have managers who argue with customers over a simple order. They have lost me as a customer forever and I do NOT recommend Rhodes Pizza to anyone else.
