My wife went to the Galleria with our kids to do a little shopping. Within one minute of entering this store, a rude Middle Eastern man approached her and said if your kids break anything you will have to pay for it. She assured the jerk that if that were to occur she would in fact pay for it. I guess he was concerned because my 7 year old was looking at some of the interesting items as she trailed her Mother. Then, he repeated himself 2 more times and followed her around the store as if she was going to steal something.



She told him that he was very rude and that she was going to leave (she was looking at a $400 item that she had been considering purchasing). His reply "That's fine."



What an idiot.

THIS STORE IS NEITHER KID FRIENDLY NOR FAMILY FRIENDLY.



I personally believe that she was treated this way because it was a rainy day so she just threw on some sweats. I am a successful professional and could probably buy and sell those morons. However, I will be sure that nobody I know EVER SPENDS A DIME THERE.



Hopefully they will go out of business soon so that someone who understands how to value customers and how we do business in America can take there place.
