        I mailed a padded envelope from Rio Grande, NJ on October 25, 2019. It was addressed to Pasadena, CA. Four days later, October 29, 2019, I received notification that it had arrived in Cape May Point, NJ. After following up with Rio Grande and contacting Consumer Affairs in Bellmawr, NJ several times, I have no word on my sent envelope...it is still missing and, I assume, laying around in Cape May Point's post office. This is the second negative incident I have had mailing things from Rio Grande. I will never send mail from the Rio Grande, NJ post office again.

        my chritmas box and mail was on hold until we arrived back home,but some how my box got delivered to my home while we were away.even though it was in the office thursday before christmas.now i'm very upset with this postal service,how do i know that the carrier didnt keep my box.and now they say they cant do anything about this problem.it's me that has to still pay for the stuff that was in the box,not the postal service.i will never put my mail on hold again.
