Terrible customer service!

I received two sleeping bags from Camping Station through my Amazon wedding registry. I was unhappy with the quality of the bags and called camping station. After a few attempts, I got a hold of a manager and he agreed to send me gift cards for the value of the bags if I returned them. I did.



6 months later- still no gift cards! I called and left a message. I never got a call back. I called again, got a hold of someone, and he said they'd have to call me back. They never did. So then I tried emailing- I emailed once and got the response that they would be closed for two weeks and to contact them again if I hadn't heard back after they returned from vacation. Two weeks later and two emails later, I haven't heard a peep from them. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I am pretty much giving up on receiving anything from them.

Please don't support this company!

We have done business with Camping Station for over 14 Years and we do not have a single complaint, They are honest people, great and easy to work with, and overall we get feedback's from our customers and we only recommend Camping Station for online sales,
