Dr. Farah Abdul Salam treated my mother in Critical Care. She is absolutely a great human being. She is a very competent doctor, listen to concerns of my 90 years old mother patiently and answer very humbly to every concern. She goes above and beyond. I wish I can give her more than the required stars

I had an appointment with Kaiser today. I have been with Kaiser for almost 30 years and I have always gotten excellent care and I got excellent care today in dermatology

Love going to reston for my appointments. Today I was super late for my appointment and wasn’t able to check in through the kiosk. A young lady names Ivianna was able to check me in and noticed that I was worried about not being seen. She reassured me that I will be seen, but I will have a wait. Which I totally understand. She checked me in and I went to my appointment and was seen. Thank you for being such a help!

Today I finally went to see a doctor after many years. The receptionist Ivannia was very kind as she greeted me in. She helped me and taught how to use the kiosk to check in. Now I know how to use it and will be using it next time I come in. Afterwards, I saw dr. long and he was very kind and spoke a bit of spanish, which was very helpful for me. He was very attentive.

At this facility everyone is great, specially Ivannia she is very pleasant and has a great customer service skills.

I was seen in urgent care today with trouble breathing from chemotherapy. The excellent care I received from Harvey and Mila and Autum and Dr. Antoniuk was above and beyond they put me at ease and their kindness and knowledge of my conditions was superb and with care like this I will always be a very happy patient with Kaiser and would definitely refer Kaiser Permanente to anyone who is in need of excellent health care.

I received my Pneumococcal vaccine from nurse Jitka today in internal med dept. She greeted me with a pleasant and reassuring atttitude, and took my vital signs and COVID questions. Then she explained the vaccine and its possible side effects before giving me the injection in which I barely felt
any discomfort. Very professsional and competent!

Hazen was very professional, polite and courteous during my visit. He showed care and compassion about my needs. I am very pleased with my experience today.

I went to the pharmacy on a weekday afternoon since the website says they are closed in the evenings (not accurate). The wait time was completely unreasonable - more than an hour, and the person at the pharmacy told me I wasn't allowed to get a 90 day supply of my medication. She said that even though my doctor wrote me a 90 day prescription, she would only give me a 30 day supply because "that's the law". I've been taking this same medication for years and have always filled it for 90 days at a time. I had to go back to my doctor again to get another prescription written up. He said it definitely is not against the law to fill this medication for 90 days. He wrote me a prescription for 30 days and another for 90 days, and suggested I try filling the 90 day prescription at a different Kaiser location. I did, and the other Kaiser pharmacy filled the 90 day prescription for the same medication with no issues. It was a huge waste of my time to go to my doctor a 2nd time and wait at another pharmacy when all of that could have been avoided if the representative in Reston had been knowlegable.
