Ok,heres what happened,at liberty tax renton wa 4th ave Renton Highlands.My freind got his taxes done at lLiberty,on a freind referal,from me and when he got them done the tax prepairer was late from getting off work and did his taxes fastdid not exsplain how much it would cost him or talk to him about his school taxes,the bottom line is he was not satisified with the job that he was given,so he called the owner of Liberty Mitch Brown who told him he would give him 100.00 and do the school taxes for free,that was all good until Liberty wanted him to sign,a release form saying that Liberty was no longer liable for any more actions on his return,he did not sign it .Libertys policy on this is 100%satisfaction guarantee or they will do your taxes for free,Mitch Brown not only try to undermise the problem at hand but did not want to follow the companys own policy after talking to Mr.Brown he told my freind that he would get his whole refund returned to him via mail.What is really going on here his return was 321.00 and what he got back was 21.05 the rest went to Liberty for fees 75.00 per form filled out and it took him 20 in.This is so wrong,and this matter has not been taken care of,by Mitch Brown the owner,because my freind was not satisifed Mr.Brown told his manager to call the police are you kidding Iam just wondering how many other people got had by Liberty,and did nothing about it and let liberty take all there money and did nothingThis is so wrong Mr.Brown not only did not follow his own policy he tried to pay my freind off with 50.00 and then make him sign apaper releasing Liberty from all wrong doing,not on my watch Mr.Brown also you gave him 50.00 because he came in and got his taxes done at liberty and you took that out of his refund wheres it say we will borrow you 50.00 til you get your money,NO WHERE,this is wrong in so many ways,now my freind has to get his taxes done where they know what they are doing ATO Z in Renton will take over the job and we believe it will be done right so he can get his full amount refunded.If Liberty is going to guarantee satisiftion 100% then Liberty needs to stand by that and not try to take the money and run i wll NEVER have my taxes done by Liberty again,and if you are smart you would not either.Liberty is out for there selfs to get the most of your money as possiable not to get you the most on your refund and thats SAD................
