Will not return or recommend to anyone, the salesman gave me two left shoes when I purchased Uggs for my daughter for christmas. I contacted who I was told was the manager Patrick. However when I explained what happened he told me he would call when they had a full pair in my size. after one month, and repeated calls to inquire when I could exchange the Uggs Patrick the manager did not return any of my phone calls and twice lied to me over the phone saying he would fix the problem. After another two weeks I returned the Uggs for a full refund. I now officially loath this company. This was the most arrogant and incompetent service I have ever experienced. If I could I would give this place -5 stars for horrendous service.
