Eco Friendly Flat Sheet Digital UV Printing Washington Graphics UV flatbed digital printing process is comprised of a flatbed digital press with flat sheets of material placed on the digital printing bed. Full color graphic images are directly printed on the loaded press sheet. Digitally printed sheets are removed from the flatbed press complete & ready to use. UV flatbed printing allows imaging of full color vivid graphics through the use of inks and ultraviolet lamps that are mounted to the presses printer head. Our process produces vibrant full color graphics with extreme durability. A huge benefit of the UV printing process is our environment. This “green printing” solution with our VOC free “post curing” removes all harmful elements of the printing process. Washington Graphics is equipped to print your next project with sustainable materials that reduce the impact on our environment.
