Perfect repair job! I took my 2011 Audi there for some minor collision repair on the rear bumper. They did a great job and the car was done even sooner than promised. Reasonable pricing, great experience.

My car was severely scratched on the passengers side, and I needed to get it fixed that same day because I had an event within two days. I took it to this shop and my quote was in, fast, and they were already working on it even before I finished doing the paperwork. I was amazed with the quality and speed that was shown. Awesome auto body shop! These guys fixed my car after I had a pretty bad crash in my parking garage. They gave me all of my options with regards to repairs, insurance, etc. I was 100% pleased with my car when I got it back. Looked better than new! I felt like my car was forever ruined when I had my accident, but they made it better than new!! I recommend them to anyone in the Redmond area. I really love my car and am glad these guys are around to take care of me if I ever need them again.

An absolute pleasure!! I was skeptical about taking my car to any other body shop. The staff at Millen were so friendly and professional and helped me as soon as I walked in. They took care of all the hassle with my rental and insurance company I hardly had to do any work. They worked around my schedule and I dropped my car off when it was best for me. There service is very fast, I had my car out of there shop sooner then expected! My car looked brand new, off the lot. Their prices were great and I explained my situation to them and they worked with me to help me out the best they can. I recommend all my friends and family to go to Millen whenever they have anything wrong with there car, and they too have been exceedingly impressed!

THEY HANDLED MY INSURANCE CLAIM! They went over all the damage with my insurance adjuster and repaired my car back as good as new . They made what I though was going to be a long process very easy. I'm back to loving my Lexus. Now that that I can open the door. I was amazed by the before and after pictures on the wall of the office. Thank You !!!

I was involved in a little fender bender a couple months back and I brought my car here to Millen's. They worked with my insurance to cover the cost and kept me informed throughout the whole process. When my car was finished, it looked brand new! Couldn't even tell that I was just in a car accident.

I was in a pretty bad car accident (not my fault) in 1998 and at that time my car was 17 yrs old (1981 Honda Accord and still going strong). My car's paint color wasn't available at the time, so they had to mix it themselves. Well, they found the parts needed (fender, door, hood, and even put on the pin stripes that no longer existed at no extra charge) and before I knew it, they finished. I have to admit I was nervous, but... when I picked up my car, I couldn't believe it... I couldn't tell, nor could anyone else, tell that my vehicle was ever in an accident... I dropped off & picked up my car in 1999 and now 11 yrs later, it still looks great... Well what's funny is that I was recently in a car accident with my Jeep Wrangler (also not my fault), I made a huge mistake, let my insurance co. talk me into using their paint shop (as opposed to Millen or the other auto insurance's paint shop) and they did a horrible job... lesson learned... From now on I will always go to Millen!
