Walmart

It sadly was only our very first time. It had to be about between : 8:00 P.M. and 9:00P.M. The first item we noticed is the following : ( 1.) No, highly visible signs posted in the following manner: ( A) Conspicuous Location, ( B ) In Plain View, ( C) Signs Posted In Plain Site. That : READ PROHIBITED ACTS NOT ALLOWED ON THIS PRIVATE PROPERTY AT NO TIME. ALSO: CAMERAS ON PROPERTY. ( 1.) No speeding , while driving a personal car, on property in excess of : 4 miles an hour. Too many cars and customers. ( 2) No unsafe lane changes whiles driving car in parking lot. Calif. Vehicle Code: 21658(A). (3) No unsafe backing ,like backing up so fast has to hit a car or pedestrian. Calif. Vehicle Code: 22106. (4 ) No tailgating: Calif. Vehicle Code: 21703. All cars will be : 15 feet behind other car. So that violators are aware unsafe driving is not allowed security , when safe to do so will place a shopping center : Driving , parking , or impeding traffic ,citation with the vehicle code on windshield. Continuing: So unsafe driver will get copy of citation, Walmart management will have a copy with : Make , Model and Calif. Plate . Security and Loss Preventive Management will also have a copy. Next Item we noticed. ( 2. ) The : Lights on the poles. We noticed the entire parking lot is an open door for crime. No highly visible lights, in parking lot . ( 3.) LOITERING IN FRONT OF THE WALMART STORE. THE EXCUSE I'M WATING WITH SOME ONE. WAIT OFF THE PROPERTY OR BE WITH THE PERSON YOU ARE SHOPPING WITH. WAITING IN A CAR EXCUSE. THIS IS : LOITERING. Shopping center needs signs posted : No waiting for person to finish shopping : ( IN A CAR ) , or ( ANY WHERE IN FRONT OF STORE IN A CARE OR ANY WHERE PARKING LOT ). Note: This is noted: Because we noticed , lots of various people standing by their car door. Some still in their car after we went in then came out. This is obviously very suspicious. If they are selling street drugs. This is another sign that needs to go up.( NO SITTING IN YOUR CAR LONGER THGEN : 3 MINUTES. NO ( SOLICITING )= NO SELLING OR BUYING ANYTHING NOT SOLD IN ANY OF THE STORES PAYING CITY TAX. THESE PEOPLE OBSERVED: SINCE BEING FILMED ON CAMERA. ARRESTED AND CHAREGED FOR; (1.) SOLICITING, LOITERING, TRESPASSING, WITH NAME AND PLATE ON FILE. THIS PERTAINS TO THOSE STANDING ANY WHERE ON ENTIRE PROPERTY WITH OUT PROBABLE CAUSE. Note: NO VIOLATERS ON PROPERTY: VIOLATING , CALIF. PENAL CODE: 415. ( 1.) Staring at other people to instigate a fight. Challenge and dueling. ( 2) Loud disturbing music while driving a car or walking with a radio . With offensive language with sexual content , racial words, hate speech, or violence. maliciously unreasonable loud noise. ( 3.) Any person using words, in a public place, which are, going to provoke a violent reaction. This is a fine of: $400.00 or possibly : 90 days in jail. Note: At : Between: 9:00 p.m. and 9:52 p.m. Day: Tuesday. Date: !2/ 26/2017. The incident observed: A male Hispanic adult described as follows: ( 1) 6 foot in HT. ( 2) 160 pounds in WT. (3.) Black hair not long, to neck area.( 4.) Visible facial hair: Bead & mustache. ( 5.) Navy blue hoody was observed worn by the suspicious subject. ( 6) Subject was also wearing blue beanie. ( 7) Subject: Wearing : Beige pants ,black shoes. He was : Observed Incident : Pan handling. Asking customers for money. While loitering in front of Walmart at the seat bench. He also was observed , yelling out a racial derogatory word to a young African American adult customer pushing a shopping cart. Note: We observed the Signal 88, security nicely speak with subject. Subject lied. He claimed he was waiting for some one. Question is why? If you are with a person shopping be with this person shopping or stay at home. This excuse leaves door open to sell or solicit drugs. He was nervously pacing back & forth. He was observed leaving with a female white adult , with blond hair.
