US Post Office

They didn't scan my package when dropped off. It is now lost somewhere. It cannot be tracked so I am out $70. This is due to the laziness of the workers there....

I sent 2 parcels from Australia,the first took over a months to get to its destination.The 2nd is now 3months,i was told 10days to 2 weeks.It was for a birthday present in March and still not arrived.The postman does not knock and leaves cards stating a day for delivery and then does not arrive.The people wait all day for him but he lets them down.I would like a contact email please as i live in Australia.And charged a large amount for postage

I recently chose this Redford Post Office to ship a big quantity of huge care packages for our deployed troops. All the clerks were cheerful and very helpful in working together to process our heavy boxes in a timely manner. There were plenty of clerks to take care of the other customers, so they didn't have to wait in line because of our large quantity of boxes and custom form paperwork to process. The clerk waiting on us was smiling and courteous and her coworkers were chipping in to help her when they could. I brought them 30 huge boxes 2 days in a row and received FABULOUS service and gracious smiles both times. The manager asked if she could help us cut costs for shipments in the future and thanked us for our business. This Redford Post Office is a FIVE STAR KEEPER!
