Dr. Christine Lee Moore, DO

Pharmacy sent a refill request three days ago. I called and left two phone messages one day ago and now its the weekend which means office closed! So medication refill on a medication that cannot be stopped suddenly. This is not the first time of experiencing this either. Poor nursing staff who doesn't take medication refils and patient care seriously. By the time Monday rolls around I hope it will be refilled but I'm sure I will have to call repeatedly before that happens. Refill request was sent 01/13/16 today is Saturday so hoping for 01/18/16 and by then it will be five days good thing I had a backup or I would be in severe withdrawal!!!

Amazing doctor!!! I have went to Dr Moore for 24 years & have always been 110% satisfied. She is knowledgable and very educated but also talks so I can understand my diagnosis. Honestly, I couldn't imagine going to anyone else ever. If you are looking for a DR you won't be disappointed.

I was seen 6 days ago. I'm not having good side effects. I called the doctor's nurse, who is very rude and always rushing you. Anyway, Dr. Moore refususes to look into other treatment until my next appointment, three weeks later. So I was told to wait it out. Then I was told to go to a psychiatrist!

Poorest service ever. Spend at least 30 mins to an hour overtime in the waiting room then another hour or so once im in the back to only be seen for a few mins off an on by the np. Never seen the actual doctor before.diane is extremely unprofessional and very rude. They do not take you seriously there. The rest of the staff is awful too. Can never make an appointment. Never receive a call back from them EVER. My pharmacy had problems for two WEEKS trying to get ahold of them for one of my prescriptions and one day my pharmacist claims someone answered the phone screamed at her and then hung up on her while she was calling repetitively to get an answer after two weeks of no response from them. Definitely changing doctors offices. Do not use this doctors office!!

New to this area I did my homework when selecting Dr Moore. I have yet to see Dr Moore for anything but have seen Diane the NP who is great. My dissatisfaction comes from the office staff with poor customer service. When you call the office you are prompted to select various numbers for what your concern is. Only to leave message after message and NO one calling you back. I also have problems with my medications when I go pick them up, pharmacy telling me that they did not call in some of them. Office staff giving you a dr appt only to be told you dont have one or its a different date than what they gave you. You call to make a complaint and the office manager Jay tells you ,, if you dont like it go somewhere else then hangs up on you. You call back and get hung up on again. So now I choose to go somewhere else. Very dissatisfied from poor customer service. Jay needs to go to the unemployment line with the rest of Obamas slug... I have insurance!!

The nurse practictioner (Diane) at Dr. Moore's office is the most competent and professional person I have ever met. She asks important questions in order to reach the correct diagnosis. I also appreciate the fact that she is friendly and greets you like an old friend. Way to go Dr. Moore - good choice. PS. Your front office staff is very friendly too!!!!



I am only sorry that you are not open on Saturdays but I guess you and your staff deserve a day off, too.

DR. MOORE IS A FANTASTIC MD, SHE IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND SHOWS CONCERN FOR HER PATIENCE. DR MOORE IS NOT LIKE SOME MDs THAT I'VE ENCOUNTERED, SHE MAKES FOR SURE THAT YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED AND SHE DOES EXTENSIVE TEST TO KNOW THE ISSUE IS AND THE TO CURE IT.



I REALLY APPRECIATE HER ABILITY TO BE AN ACTUAL FAMILY DOCTOR.
