NEI was the contractor for the brand new condominium I purchased as well as 19 other units 10 months ago.

There were major problems in several of the units. They had to tear down part of my wall and ceiling due to defective wiring. My WIFI didn't work for over 4 months.

The rugs were defective, the pipes froze in the kitchen.

Another unit lost their heating system for a week and had to live in a hotel.

This week 3 of the units had water pipes burst with lots of damage.
