La Scala Restaurant

We waited over an hour and spent some money in the lounge, which was very nice, but the waitress kept walking by, had to go up to the bar ourselves, We were seated and when ordering appetizers they said had already run out of Calamari (at 8pm), waitress told us the specials, 3 of us wanted to order the Lamb w/risotto so she said let me run to the kitchen so they will hold them for you, 40 min later after we all had put in our orders, she told us their other kitchen stole them from her. Offered nothing in return, so we asked to speak to the manager, who was instead of being apologetic, tried to blame on being busy etc. We ordered other items instead, which were small portions. One was cold. The check was brought to the table without any explanaion of what was done to compensate, so when one of us had a question the manager told her she was aggravating him. We will not be back.
